[okfn-coord] Our major server disappeared!

Just to tie up this discussion, the new server is up and running fine
and we have kforge running on it.  The infrastructure group need to
work out whether to continue using amazon servers or not.

Here is the message from layeredtech:

My own feeling is to pay the hour, and just not use them any more, if
possible.
