Dear Jonathan and Rufus,

This email is to state the official intent of Wikimedia UK to support
the Open Knowledge Conference in 2010. Currently the funds secured by
Wikimedia UK stands at £3235.83. For the 2010 conference, these funds
will be used to towards venue or equipment hire that have currently
been paid out by the Open Knowledge Foundation. These funds will be
transferred to the Open Knowledge Foundation after the 24th April 2010
as our current Treasurer is unavailable to process these funds at this
time. Any surplus from these fund will be used for future Open
Knowledge Conferences.
