[foundation-board] Fwd: Quote - Bookkeeping with Urban Ledgers

Here is the quote for end-of-year accounts. What do people think. Previously
we were paying ~£300 but this was a small bookkeeper in Peterborough (who
does not know xero) and we have grown substantially since.

Regards,

Rufus

Hi Rufus,

I hope this email finds you well. We would really love to work with you on
an ongoing basis, and therefore in this instance we would be willing to
reduce our fees from £1200 to £750 for the preparation of your accounts as a
gesture of goodwill. To clarify, we would provide to you by no later than 7
Feb 2011:

- abbreviated accounts for Companies House and
- full accounts for lodging with the Corporation Tax Return

This quote is on the basis that the posted entries are up-to-date and, on
the whole, accurate, ie: any major rework in terms of posting has not been
included in the quote.

I trust this is more in line with your expectations and budget, and I look
forward to hearing from you in due course.

Kind regards
Catherine
