[okfn-coord] Reimbursing Peter Suber?

Regarding reimbursing Peter Suber for inexplicably high phone
conference charges, it looks like he can't do Paypal or bank transfer
and best way is via cheque. Does anyone know best way of doing this?
(Is it as simple as writing a cheque for equivalent amount in pounds
with OKF chequebook?)

Thanks, Jonathan.  I'm very grateful.
Unfortunately I don't use paypal and my bank doesn't do electronic
transfers.  (It says it does, but it loses them!)  The best method is
just to send me a paper check at:
