[okfn-coord] OKF Germany

What about the Open Data Network becoming a 'project' of the Open
Knowledge Foundation? This would be similar to the way Open Data
Commons has its home at the OKF? This would mean (using terminology
from recent Who Knows Who discussion) that OKF is 'corporate home' of
ODN?
