[foundation-board] possible apologies for tonight's meeting (if we're having one, that is)

Not sure if we're having a meeting tonight.

If so, my plan is to dial into the call and mostly listen in, but that
plan relies on power, wireless access, and skype access to all coalesce in
the Munich airport. So I thought I'd send some apologies in advance in
case it all didn't work out.
