Just to let everyone know its still out of action! Have been using
left hand to type all week, though have to be a bit careful as it
already feels pretty worn. Suspect I need to cut computer hours for a
bit.

Yes all basics covered. May try and get better chair etc. Use laptop
raised up to eye level with external keyboard + mouse. Think its sheer
continuous hours.
