Dear All,

I have uploaded what I hope will be the final version of the 4IP
agreement onto google docs (this link should give you access):

Only area worth looking at is from Schedule 2 (spec) onwards. I can
take people through this quickly tonight at the meeting. If everyone
is happy I plan to sign this week or early next.

I've updated the contract with all the things we've discussed and
attached with changes tracked.  If you can confirm you are happy,
Hannah can send out final signature copies on Monday.
In the interests of saving time, could you prepare the first invoice
and send to me please?
