Great! So if Rufus and Jordan agree, we have a majority?

[Aside: I really do propose we have some basic agreed on procedure for
certain types of decision-making. E.g. agree on what constitutes a
'yes'. The proxying was also a semi-serious suggestion. ;-) ]
