I don't enjoy fighting, but i feel "certainty" about this and am never 
going to back down. I've always made it very clear that i think OKF does 
not need an Executive Director, even if they are labelled "Projects 
Coordinator". A full-time central person goes against the ethos of OKF - 
or at least what i thought the ethos of OKF was.

If all other board members wish to press ahead with hiring an ED, then i 
will resign.
