Thanks for all the replies. I've looked at another accountants firm who I have used in the past - and liked - but they don't do non-profit companies nor do they support Xero. Costings for them are same ball park as the proposal we have before us.
I have found two other accountants who are fairly local to our usual locations (Brighton, London or Cambridge) who do Xero and serve the 'charity sector'. I know nothing about them other than what's on their websites.
