[foundation-board] Thread with Iconomical (was: Fwd: terms of code release)

There's other stuff as the thread makes (partly) clear -- e.g.
commitment to fix up the remaining issues, provide README, make sure
there code builds etc etc (they have already been very unresponsive
and once we pay we can forget getting any help at all ...). Plus there
tardiness has already caused issues -- frankly I really regret their
involvement in this project and we're not at a point we're going to
need to go javascript only (given they are basically going to drop the
code and disappear ...)
