[foundation-board] URGENT: Proposed budget for CIVIS project

Hi all,

Sorry for the short notice, but I need some urgent feedback from a
board member to look over the proposed budget for the CIVIS project
(data visualisation for citizens/decision makers to support the policy
making process) which we are currently putting in a proposal for. The
OKF's total would €379,920 (breakdown in CIVIS-Budget XLS sheet
attached) for 45 man months. There are 8 partners. Total project
budget is €3,664,970 over three years. More detail is in the
spreadsheets attached.

Also we need an estimate for salary per person per month (excluding
overhead). This is currently down for €5,800 per person per month.
Just for comparison its currently down in LOD2 as €6,654 per person
per month (but I'm not sure whether or not this includes or excludes
overhead: do you know Jordan?).

The deadline for the proposal is tomorrow afternoon, so any feedback
before then would be much appreciated. Sorry that this is such short
notice, but much of this has only reached this stage very recently.
