[foundation-board] URGENT: Proposed budget for CIVIS project

Hi Jonathan

The budget seems to make sense and the rates seem to match, but I don't have enough context for what OKF is being asked to do for the amount of money to have a full sense of the project. Do you have a draft proposal to send along as well?
