[foundation-board] Board meeting - this Saturday 9:30am

Hi guys

For convenience, I've attached the meeting materials we'll need to
have familiarised ourselves with before we meet tomorrow at 9:30.
According to Jason, the plan is to meet in the bar here at the OKCon
venue and go from there, so I suggest we try and get there a bit ahead
of 9:30 so we can get settled ready for a 9:30 start in order to make
the most of our time together.

Jonathan is going to join us at 10:15 to feed into our discussion
about the potential for a separation of powers, so we'll need to have
got through a lot by then. My suggestion is that we spend the bulk of
our time between 9:30 and 10:15 discussing Jason's report.

The agenda is currently:

* Approval of previous meeting's minutes

* Actions from last meeting

* Financial report

* The State of OKF - a quick overview (Jason) Jason's 6 month review -
