[foundation-board] Leaving the OKFN board

Dear Jordan

Huge thanks for your stellar contribution to the OKFN board over the years.
Your hard work and legal expertise has made a significant contribution to
OKFN's ability to grow the way it has, and what's more it's been a joy
working with you.

I'm really sad to see you go, but comforted at least in part by the fact
that the Board's loss is the wider movement's gain.
