[foundation-board] New board members: Jane Silber (confirmed) and Gavin Starks (potential)

>From the Articles:

31.        The Directors may from time to time and at any time appoint any
Member of the Company as a Director either to fill a casual vacancy or as
an additional Director. Any Director so appointed shall retain his office
only until the next Annual General Meeting and shall then be eligible for
re-election.

32.        No person who is not a Member of the Company shall in any
circumstances be eligible to hold office as a Director.

>From this I would assume the same requirements as for any other decision of
the board would apply to the decision to appoint a new Director.

 (ie:  a decision made at a board meeting, or unanimous agreement in
writing)
