Yes, I think this day will have a longer term focus and will be needed
regardless of what happens with upcoming board meetings.  I would propose
that this day would be chaired and facilitated by Marcus and myself, and
would be highly structured. We both have experience of running such days
with senior stakeholders in the past and believe we could create a very
focussed day. (at this stage, we haven't done the prep work which would
enable me to say what the focus of the day would be, though).

On the subject of board meetings, my feeling is that a greater frequency of
meetings or calls might be worthwhile, particularly in the near term whilst
we have both discussion items plus more straightforward decision/approval
items to get through (whilst we don't have a strong strategy to steer such
choices).  These could be official board meetings, or simply opportunities
for interested members of the board to discuss specific topics in more
detail with Marcus and myself; the latter seems in demand and might be the
right thing in the next month or so.
