[foundation-board] Electronic resolutions of the board

Hi Laura

Thanks for the update. This may be irrelevant (I'm yet to read the
notes from the meeting I missed in May) but I suggest we consider
quickly going over any decisions reached by majority over email in the
meeting in June.
