[foundation-board] New Board Members Onboarding (but all board members welcome)

Dear Tom, Chris (and Karin),

Just confirming the on-boarding tomorrow (Wednesday) at 6:30pm. We plan to
do this via google hangout rather than in person as it looks difficult to
get suitable co-location anywhere.

Again: if any other board members would like to join we'd delighted to have
additional participants.
