[foundation-board] Open Knowledge Executive Director search

I agree with Rufus that these seems drawn out.

It's
    * 5 more weeks till PL puts together a list. Yes, there are 2 weeks
of holiday in there, but remember there is no interviewing on their part
and they've been working on this step for 3+ weeks already.  That's
    * 5 weeks for PL to interview the long list.  Long list will likely
be ~10-15 people.  I believe they should be able to do more than 2-3
interviews per week, even with scheduling difficulties.   I think this
is an area that could and should be significantly reduced. (I suspect
they are spreading it out because they are working on many searches at
the same time, but I also suspect that the demanding clients receive the
most attention and that we're better served by challenging rather than
accepting their timelines)

Is it possible to do long list review around 8-9 Jan, shortlist review
26 Jan, and then formal interviews early Feb?
