[foundation-board] Open Knowledge Executive Director search

Dear Karin,

This generally sounds very good. My one question would be whether we can
move up the timeline at all - so that e.g. we were looking at formal
interviews at end of Jan / very early Feb? (e.g. if Longlist was w/c 5th,
and shortlist was starting some time between 19th and 29th with formal
interviews in first week of Feb? (Assuming some slippage plus a 3m+ lag
from actual appointment to being in post this would mean we have someone
starting mid-May vs June/July ...).
