Hi all, I have some good updates from PL. Please let me know if you would like to see them.

In terms of the next steps, we need to establish the panel so we can get the timeline sorted. Please shout now if you have problems with the below. Particularly Jane and Helen as I am programming in 1.5 days of your time in this proposal!

 So:
·         The panel should be a maximum of four people.  I discussed with PL and the suggestion me and Daniel Dietrich for sure, then probably Jane Silber, and Helen Turvey.

·         Rufus will attend the Longlist and Shortlist meeting, but not the formal panel interview; he will however be involved at the final stages and this can be discussed in further detail at the Shortlist Review meeting

·         We will need the panel to be available for the following meetings as per the attached timetable:

o    Longlist Review meeting – 2 hours in w/c 12th January

o    Shortlist Review meeting – 2 hours in w/c 16th February

o    Formal interviews – a full day in w/c 23rd February

·         Sophia has I think now discussed with Daniel about ways in which to involve the community in the process.
