[foundation-board] Action needed: approval of annual accounts and call tomorrow

Karin -we did not go anyway.  I am happy for tonight's meeting to be
converted to a formal board meeting.  However, due to a calendar misfire, I
thought we were on for yesterday eve, I will not be able to attend tonight,
apologies.
