In terms of search firms, a previous business used Odgers
http://www.odgersberndtson.co.uk/gb/client-services/executive-search/ and
they were on the shortlist for at least one other search i've been involved
in.  I've also had experience mostly with tech-centric groups such as
http://www.baileyfisher.com/ (probably not so relevant in this case!)
