Chris,

Many thanks for your service and support which have been really valuable
for us in developing and improving our financial systems in particular and
our risk management as well.

Rufus as Company Secretary usually handles companies house notifications so
I suggest he manages that side of things, plus mailing list update (when is
the effective date of the change? Presumably immediately?). I will ask
Michelle to check if there are any bank authorisations to update.
