Hi All, just to let you know Chris has formally said he is standing down.

Chris - thank you so much for all your help at your time with us.

Laura/Rufus - I guess we need to so some legal notification on this one. Can Michelle take care of that?
And, we need an agenda item on the next Board meeting about new directors.
