[foundation-board] Appointment of Tim Hubbard to Open Knowledge Board - next steps

Dear Karin,

At the last Board Meeting there was unanimous approval of Tim Hubbard's
appointment to the Board.

As Secretary to the Board would you like me to proceed to notify Tim and
take forward the formalities? (Or would you like to notify him yourself and
then hand-off to me on the formalities?)
