[foundation-board] Board meetings times going forward

Hi All,

Franka and I have just been talking things through how we make sure
everyone can come.  We want to try and shift to an alternating pattern of
Board meetings of one at 1630 - 1830 and next at 1830 - 2030 (on the Weds
slots) so as to make sure Martin and Tim can both make them I hope.  That
means 2 or 3 a year earlier or later which I hope will be possible for
everyone.

Franka will be in touch individually to see how we best shift to this
pattern for the Sept/Nov meetings and get this thing rolling.
