[foundation-board] OKI Board meeting 13th January

Ahead of next week's meeting:

*Please confirm if you cannot attend* - either at all, or just in person,
so we can set up the Hangout appropriately (thanks to Tim and Karin for
confirming - and I assume Jane is a given!).
