[foundation-board] Three year budget / Omidyar proposal

Thank you so much for this Pavel.  I would very much like a meeting to
discuss.  I am a little worried about timing to organise - perhaps a doodle?

I am about:  2nd/3rd/4th, w/c 8th, or w/c 15th - otherwise I am only back
around Sept time.
