[foundation-board] Update on our Board Meeting this week

Hi Pavel -

Thanks for this.  WRT the agenda, in addition to the Viderum topic 
listed I'd like to add a 10-15 min discussion of the Viderum Board 
status and search process. I will lead that discussion.
