[foundation-board] Leadership update

Dear Board

Mark, Paul and I wanted to update you on the conversation we have been
having about leadership of OKI which we will share with you at the next
meeting.  The conclusion we are reaching is that we need to move to
recruiting of a CEO.

This is clearly an issue for the next board meeting but we will get the
ball rolling with proposing a draft TOR for then and perhaps some process
and timeline proposal that we will work with Shireen on. Key criteria
emerging in our conversation are domain expertise, vision, strategy,
leadership, fundraising will be key criteria.
