[foundation-board] OKI Board meeting 17/01 - agenda and minutes of 08/11/07 for review

Dear all,

The minutes from November are now approved through the 'no objections after
2 weeks equals acceptance' policy; however please note that, as per the
agreed proposal of dissemination of meeting materials agreed at the January
meeting, future minutes require active approval.
