   and the revamped OKFestival to OKSummit), and Risk Register
   - *Leadership strategy timeline*
   - *Leadership team job descriptions*
   - *Board recruitment* - update on progress and suggested process
   - *Board meetings* - expectations inc. materials

Note Helen sends her apologies, and I will follow up with Dietmar and
Sebastian separately.
