[foundation-board] Draft outline for new Board members induction day and Board meeting

Dear all,

Here is a draft plan for the 24th July Board day

- please do take a look and comment with suggestions on how to make it
better and make the most of the time together (note Rufus and Ira can only
dial in from 19.00 on the day, unfortunately).

The suggestion at present is to hold a concise version of a 'usual' Board
meeting in the evening, in order for the new members to consider what would
be helpful for them in future meetings.

Tim, I'll follow up with you once responses are back in.
