[foundation-board] Letting the team now about the CEO recruitment

Hi All, just to let you know Mark, Paul and I will let the team know
tomorrow about the decision to hire a CEO.  We really want to hear it from
us.

We are still polishing the talking points and will send round when they are
done.  I will also let Rufus know this is happening!
