This is the PR with the wiki styling but without any of the navigation.
I think it looks clean. Maybe others have opinions or would provide
CSS patches. 

It's not the end of the world to wait another day or two to send the PR
if it takes that long to get everything right. It would be psychically 
good to have sent the bulk of the letters by then.
