[humanities-dev] Textus updates

Textus is deployed on Heroku at https://mytextus.herokuapp.com with
the following UI improvements:

1) Login is handled properly, you can either use a google account or
create an account manually, textus will send an email with a link for
registration as per usual.
2) New theme, minimal and hopefully a lot cleaner and easier on the
eye. Based on a mockup from Sam Smith.
3) Annotations are now created in a moveable modal dialogue rather
than the previous fixed window.
4) When uploading new texts the process of reviewing and assigning
bibliographic metadata is streamlined and uses the new BibJSON editor
component.

This is now the functionality we had before with major UI
enhancements, next up is reading list management and document
structure. Comments welcome!
