[iRail] new API

the jquery plugin if failing because it can not find 'Antwerpen'.

That's because the station list is now language sensitive, I wonder:
is this really the way to design the API for a query for a station
name?

IMO the api should find Antwerpen no matter what language I put in,
what do you guys think?

note the subtle differences which are now arising: searching for Gent
will now return Gentbrugge instead of Ghent instead of Gent. I can
adjust for that but I like input from the list first.
