I know, but other iRail members had some contact with the NMBS (and are still trying to get back in touch, which seems to be very hard!). And in my opinion they indeed start with the same quality concerns, mixed with fear of the unknown. That's why it would be very good to get De Lijn as a working example for the NMBS and others.

And indeed, Peter Dedecker is also involved in this list, and supported it with parliamentary questions.
