[iRail] Activating all the adresses for irail.

Hi Flo,

Thanks a lot for showing me this! This is exactly the information we
need. If we could get this for the entire Europe we can proceed A LOT.
Any chance you can do that for us?

The iRail stations at this moment is a scraped list from a Belgian
government site.
