[iRail] JSON

Hi list,

on the development server we got json support. You can now test all
calls in json with &format=json.

For example:

http://dev.api.irail.be/connections/?from=Oostende&to=Aarlen&results=1&lang=EN&format=json
or
http://dev.api.irail.be/stations/?format=json

Any bugs can be reported here:

you can assign the ticket to me (pietercolpaert) and put the milestone
as 1.5
