[iRail] API-viewer

Use the Webservice Description Language (WSDL)? It can be used to
flexibly describe requests (from SOAP to regular GET/POST requests) as
well as responses, and plenty of viewers/transformers exist for it.
And you can re-use the XML Schema's I'm making for libirail.
