[iRail] Commuters' strike

Hey,

If you want to make a *statement*, the date isn't well chosen, 15 november
is also dynasty day, so even without the "strike", there should be less
people using the train anyways.
I'm not a blogger but i can provide feedback (have an iPhone & iPad) and
it's easy to test it on unstable networks (I always have an bad reception on
the train :p).

I think you should think bigger than just a button for a virtual strike. In
addition to the chat where people can put random stuff, give users a channel
where they can provide feedback on the trains themselves. Give some standard
buttons (or a UIPickerview or <select><input>..</select>) they can quickly
press whether the traveller is happy with the train or not. For example, if
I'm on the train in the morning and I have for example no seats, i can pick
a negative status with the standard message "No seats" or "Train has delay".
Link the status messages to the trains and you can get a lot of statistical
information about the train, which you may be able to share with NMBS to
improve their service.

Kind regards,

*Ah-Lun Tang*
