[iRail] Review for resource files

Hi list,

I've made an attempt to translate my resource files into Dutch and French.

When it comes to *French*, I'm a little insecure.
Could someone double check my French translations, so I didn't put in
something stupid. :p

Also: if anyone knows *German*, or knows someone that knows German, or
someone that knows someone that knows German,..., could I have 5 minutes of
that persons time to translate these:
