[iRail] MIVB alpha

Hi list,

since we started working on an MIVB API as well (which is fairly easy
with the awesome rewrite we've done ;-) ) I thought it's time for some
developercandy. You can try to make your liveboard apps work with the
alpha release of the MIVB API!

Calls implemented:
stations & liveboard

Use dev.api.irail.be/ and implement the same syntax as the MIVB
applications. The only thing you should do now is add &system=MIVB.
