[iRail] 1 very long week - New hosting

Hi Pieter,

It's good to hear that iRail is growing, which means it's popular. Too bad
the hosting can't keep up with it ;)

Perhaps Windows Azure can be interesting for your hosting requirements? You
can run almost anything on Azure and you only pay for what you use.
