[iRail] Apps For Ghent

Hi iRail people,

The 24th of March there's a second edition of Apps For Ghent. iRail will 
provide mobility information to the city of Ghent.

What's in there for you?
1. If you're a student: participate in the hackaton in the morning using 
Ghent's data at http://data.gent.be
2. If you're a professional hacker: there is a competition in the 
afternoon where you can present your mock-up of your app with Ghent's data.
