[iRail] Fosdem

Hi,

Everyone who ever made use of the iRail API and who is coming to FOSDEM, 
you should really attend this talk. I believe (and I'm not the only one) 
this is the future for real-time web-services. iRail XMPP support will 
be there somewhere this year.
